Material Handling & Logistics Infrastructure

FLOVAL’s Material Handling & Logistics Infrastructure supports the safe and efficient movement, positioning, loading and unloading of industrial equipment, valves, components and materials across its workshop and operational areas.

The facility is equipped with lifting and material-handling resources designed to support equipment refurbishment, machining, assembly, testing, storage and dispatch activities, enabling efficient movement of heavy and oversized components while supporting safe workshop operations.

Key Infrastructure

  1. 10-Ton B.O.T. Crane – Heavy-duty lifting and positioning of industrial equipment, valves and large components within the workshop.
  2. Forklift – Material movement, loading, unloading and positioning of equipment and workshop materials.
  3. Material Handling Trolleys – Controlled movement of equipment and components within workshop and storage areas.
  4. A-Frames – Supporting lifting, positioning and handling of equipment during maintenance, assembly and refurbishment activities.
  5. Chain Pulley Systems – Controlled lifting and positioning of components and equipment during workshop operations.
  6. Certified Lifting Belts & Accessories – Supporting safe handling and positioning of equipment and components in accordance with applicable lifting requirements.
  7. Pickup Vehicles – Supporting local transportation, collection and delivery of equipment, components and materials.
  8. Integrated Logistics Support

The material handling infrastructure supports FLOVAL’s end-to-end equipment lifecycle activities, from receipt and initial handling through cleaning, refurbishment, machining, assembly and testing to final dispatch.

The combination of lifting equipment, workshop handling systems and transportation resources helps minimize unnecessary equipment movement, improve operational efficiency and support the safe handling of industrial equipment throughout the refurbishment and service process.
